Apply for Energy Services Online

CRP utilizes government and utility grants to provide free energy-saving and money-saving services to individuals and families in need. Click here to learn more about our low-income assistance programs. If you apply, you may qualify to receive these free services:

  • Energy bill assistance (not available in San Joaquin County)
  • Replacement of inefficient or non-operable appliances (refrigerators, microwaves, etc.)
  • Cooling/heating repair or replacement
  • Water heater repair or replacement
  • Solar PV for homeowners who work in the agricultural industry (San Joaquin County only)
  • New windows, insulation, and more.

Your address, income and the state of your household will all factor into your qualification.

PLEASE NOTE: CRP is an authorized local service provider through the California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD). You can view our page on CSD's website by clicking here.

Due to limited funding, we cannot guarantee energy bill assistance at this time. We advise you to contact your utility provider to make payment arrangements.

Weatherization services are still available, but the wait time is currently 6-12 months for Sacramento, Yuba and Sutter counties, and you may be required to recertify your income documentation during that time. The wait time for weatherization services in San Joaquin County is 4-6 weeks.

The Energy Services application is currently down for maintenance. It will be available again on Monday, November 25th. Please check back then to apply.
